At Calmfrglowel, we stand behind the quality of our curtains and textile decor products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Timeframe

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. The return period begins on the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition and packaging
  • Unused and unwashed
  • Free from alterations or modifications
  • Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
  • All original tags and labels must be attached

Items returned after the 30-day period may be refused or subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging materials
  • Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or use
  • All accessories, documentation, and original tags must be included
  • Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received, if possible
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to issue a partial refund for items returned in less than original condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or an item that differs from what you ordered, we will cover all return shipping costs
  • Prepaid Return Labels: In cases where we cover return shipping, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs fees and duties

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until your return is processed.

Return Process

  6. Ship the Item: Ship the item to the return address provided by our team using a trackable shipping method
  7. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email

Returns without a valid Return Authorization Number may be refused or delayed in processing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made curtains and textile decor made to your specific measurements or specifications
  • Products that have been installed, altered, or modified in any way
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or "as-is"
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Items without original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Items that have been used, washed, or exposed to smoke or odors
  • Gift cards or promotional items (unless required by law)

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the return process outlined above and specify your exchange preference. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

Refund Process

Our refund process is as follows:

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions
  2. Processing Time: If the item is approved for return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the item

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
  • Refunds for items purchased with gift cards will be issued as store credit
  • International refunds may be subject to currency conversion fees

Damaged Or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective curtains or textile decor, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged items to help us process your claim quickly.

Installation Services

If you are unsatisfied with our installation services, please contact us within 48 hours of installation. We will assess the issue and arrange for corrective action at no additional charge if the issue is due to our installation error.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, you must follow the standard return process. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
